We propose a wide rage of Bucovina specific dishes:
- Radauteana broth
- Moldavian tochitura (a mixture of pork, ewe's cheese, eggs, pickles and polenta)
- Forcemeat rolls in cabbage with cream and polenta
- Forest mushrooms tuck (with fresh ingredients picked up from the area: edible boletus, hawk weed, orange agaric)
The restaurant of the boarding-house has a total capacity of 30 people and can house special events: dinner-parties, ceremonies, cocktail parties, birthday parties, baptism parties, traditional evenings accompanied by traditional music from Bucovina (at request).
The covered terrace an the three open terraces arranged near the restaurant offer a plus of 70 places and represent the perfect choice for organizing open air barbecues at the chimney on the terrace or camp dinners.
For a successful party, we put at your disposal high power sound effects equipments for interior and exterior and a person to help you with the technical support. Selection of songs can be made by you or, at request, by a professional DJ.
